The McCain Campaign released a shrewd new campaign commercial comparing Obama's popularity ("the most famous celebrity in the world") with that of Britney Spears and Paris Hilton. The implication is that all three of them are shallow celebrities who, rather than being famous for what they have accomplished, are just famous for being famous.
Paris Hilton apparently didn't like the implication and shot back with a "campaign video" of her own. Parts of the ad are almost funny but most of it is ridiculous. She does get credit for trying. And her suggestions on energy policy aren't half bad.
The McCain Campaign's responded with a zinger: "Paris Hilton might not be as big a celebrity as Barack Obama, but she obviously has a better energy plan."
Final Score: John McCain 2, Paris Hilton 1, Barack Obama 0

Dude, that's hot! Sorry Mikey... I just had to say it. Hope you guys are cooling down over there in Texas. It's been in the mid 90's over here, but we don't have the humidity that you guys do. I hope it gets cooler soon. =)
